PHA Dues: $200 (Oct. 1 - Dec. 31); $250 (Jan. 1 - Sept. 30)
Vendor Dues: $300

If you already renewed in August-September 2026 (when the reminder emails went out), then your dues have been renewed for 2027.

If you want to confirm, use this link to log into the member portal & follow these steps:

• Once logged into the member portal
• Click the "Renew your membership here" link at the top of the Member Portal page
• Enter the email address of the primary contact listed on your membership directory listing & proceed to payment (NOTE: this is where your "renewal date" is noted, so you can confirm)...
  
  
  • If Renewal Date is 10/1/2026, you need to renew your membership for 2027
  • If Renewal Date is 10/1/2027, you are current & do not need to renew
