Bulletin Board Postings - Required

The following items are required by HUD or other state or federal agencies to be posted in a conspicuous place in your office for the public and your tenants.

HOUSING AUTHORITY DOCUMENTS

  • Drug Free Workplace
  • Admissions & Continued Occupancy Policy
  • Housing Choice Voucher Program Administrative Plan
  • Grievance Procedure
  • Schedule of Utilities & Other Charges
  • Income Limits
  • Dwelling Lease
  • Pet Policy
  • Criminal Screening Policy
  • Any information or policies related to resident employment or resident councils
  • Notices of Board Meetings 
  • Office Hours
  • Notice of changes or other items affecting tenant lease (post for 30 days)
  • Public Housing Assessment System Score (PHAS)

STATE REQUIRED (North Carolina)

NCDOL requires all businesses in North Carolina to post a copy of the North Carolina Workplace Laws Poster in a conspicuous place where notices to employees are customarily posted. The poster, printed in two sections, contains information on some of the laws that NCDOL enforces, including occupational safety and health laws, wage and hour laws, and employment discrimination laws.

STATE REQUIRED (South Carolina)

  •  Workers' Compensation Posters

Employers in South Carolina are required to post two employment notices from the South Carolina Department of Labor, Licensing and Regulation in a place or places where employees can see them.

The LLR Workplace poster, which includes OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health) and the Labor Law Abstract (Payment of Wages and Child Labor) and the Right-to-Work poster.
