RFP Real Estate Financial Advisory Services and CPA Audit Services.
The Sanford Housing Authority is seeding the services of an experienced, licensed/certified contractor/vendor to provide services listed in the attached advertisement.
The Sanford Housing Authority is accepting proposals from qualified CPA firms to provide
audit services for the three (3) fiscal year end periods beginning September 30, 2024, and
ending with September 30, 2027; an additional two (2) year option is available. Proposals
must be received by 5PM, Tuesday, January 16, 2024, at 317 Chatham Street, Sanford, NC
