Resident Retreat
The Resident Services Committee, on behalf of the Carolinas Council of Housing, Redevelopment and Codes Officials (hereinafter referred to as CCHRCO), would like to invite North and South Carolina Housing Authorities to its 2023 Resident Retreat. Our theme this year is "Connecting the Pieces"
This retreat will be held April 19-21, 2023 at the Embassy Suites Hotel in Concord, North Carolina. Participants will take part in various training seminars aimed at increasing the capacity of individuals and families to become self-sufficient, revitalizing communities and building the stability and capacity of children, youth and families so that they become able to create their own opportunities.
The registration fee is $175.00 per participants
- Registration and Meet and Greet on Wednesday, April 19, 2023 at 6:00 p.m.
- Lunch on Thursday, April 20, 2023 at 12:30 p.m.
- Conference materials (only for participants)
Hotel rooms are $223.00 for a king or a double suite. Complimentary breakfast and a manager's reception is included for registered hotel guests.
The cutoff date to make your hotel reservations is Monday, March 20, 2023.

All requests for refunds must be put in writing. Request for refunds may be mailed or emailed to the Charleston County Housing Authority within the required timeline. Any request for refunds received by March 20, 2023 will be honored less a $ 25.00 service fee. NO REQUEST FOR REFUNDS WILL BE HONORED AFTER March 21, 2023.
