Once registered for the event, you will receive the room block link in your confirmation email. Due to limited availability, only CCHRCO Board and Committee Members are allowed to book room stays prior to the start date - Check in Sunday, August 24, 2025. This is a first come first serve basis. Any other reservations before the conference start date can be cancelled.

Exhibitor/Vendor Registration Fee includes booth with drapery, 6 ft table, two chairs, covers & skirts, small sign and full credentials for two representatives.
